,,From a young age, I’ve always had a passion for moving my body, starting with dancing at an early age. Later on, I started getting into HIIT and strength training. That passion for movement then led me to Pilates, which has become more than just a workout to me. Inspired by Joseph Pilates' principles, I embrace the mind-body connection it fosters, promoting strength, flexibility, and balance. Pilates has transformed my approach to fitness and well-being, making it an essential part of my daily life."
